”This property was lovely! I really enjoyed the layout of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. There are multiple ceiling fans that, with the windows open, provide good air flow, as this property doesn’t have AC. The outside of the pottery is also lovely with the fruit trees and ocean view! The frogs at night offered a nice sound, and I love that a washer and dryer were available for doing laundry. ”

”The description for this place was quite misleading. We were lead to believe that we were renting a small house with a small kitchen but when we arrived it was a large house split into 5 different sections, all with their own renters. The “kitchen” was a microwave, mini fridge and a hot plate with only a pot. There was also no ac and it was miserably hot/humid in our section. The walls were very thin and you could hear the other people in their room and the porch was only divided by a fence and...

”A great deal and situated on Alicia drive south of the Kailua-Kona nightlife district. The place was clean and comfortable and very attractively priced. Definitely the Hawaiian Hale experience! The landlord was very nice and obviously invested in our having a pleasant stay. To access the unit younger to climb a stairwell - don't rent this unit if you are unable to handle stairwells or have small (mobile not babies!) children. Perfect for a couple!
