Erittäin ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen palvelu.Huoneessa ei yhtään mitään ylimääräistä kuten kaappeja ja laskutilaa mutta hyvä sänky ja oma suihku ja wc. Uutta, modernia ja siistiä. Melko lähellä rautatieasemaa ja Vanhaa kaupunkia. Hyvät bussiyhteydet."

"Very sympatic hotel, great service and location! The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast room lovely. After breakfast time it was lounge and you could eat your own food and have coffee on the house. There was also a fridgerator with soft drinks and wine at very reasonable prices. Only down side was that we stayed there only one night. Next time 3 nights at least! "

"Have now stayed a few times in Ruby Mimi when visiting Zürich on a semi-regular basis (we switched away from Hotel St. Gotthard.when we learned that it's owned by russians). Ruby Mimi is centrally located, everything is reasonably new and fresh and the staff is friendly. Make sure you have time to have breakfast as there are some fantastic cheeses and cold cuts you really need to taste. The advertised "galleys" on floors 1-4 were a bit dissapointing. For example the coffee machine was missing, but with literally dozens of good cafés nearby the hotel this was no problem whatsoever. "
