”The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.”

”There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. ”

”Most of the rooms face Highway 19 the loudest most crowded road I have been on. So it is loud and roaring motorcycles and semi's well past 10 pm. The rooms are a bit musty smelling as this is a dated property. The bathtubs have a silly water facet with a crazy double dials. Save some money and try the much nicer and quieter Rodeway Inn in N. Port Richey and save $25. The rooms are more modern especially the bathrooms but do check to make sure the wall hair dryers work.”

”It is an older hotel but our room was clean. On our first full day we came back in the evening and our room door was fully open! Luckily nothing was taken from our room after the cleaning lady left. It was definitely reported to staff but did not hear from the manager. The pool was outside our room and looked fairly dirty and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was okay, bagels, cereal, cold breakfast sandwiches you could heat in the microwave. I probably would not stay there again.”

”The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

”Dunedin on mukava pieni kyläyhteisö. Best Western on jo vähän parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta toimi muutaman yön majoituksena. Ilmoituksen valokuva altaasta antaa hieman vääristyneen (isomman) vaikutelman kyvakulmasta johtuen. Allas on ok, mutta ei niin iso kuin annetaan ymmärtää.”

”This hotel is the best in the area! Such a great experience! The bed was cozy as a cloud, room was clean and spacious, the view was a little uninspiring because of the construction, but we could see the ocean. Food at the pool was great and the quality at the restaurant was good too! We will be back!”
