FABULOUS XV CENTURY MANOIR AND GUEST HOUSE, ON THE BEACH !!

The Manoir is a "Monument Classé" of France, located 10 steps from the beach with direct access by a dedicated door. It is surrounded by 2 hectares of forest. It was fully renovated to its splendor in 2022. As you drive into the Manoir you will find parking for several cars. The Guest House is located 20 steps from the Manoir. The houses have been completely renovated and decorated by a professional. All amenities, floors, bathrooms, heater, appliances and furnishings are top of the line on both houses. The decoration is exquisite !! The fully equipped eat-in kitchen counts with a La Cornue stove and ovens, a large dinning table for 6 and beautiful china, table linens and flatware. In the living room you will find a great fireplace with wood provided during the winter months. The room is decorated with French and Italian antiques. The library is located on the ground level with a very large screen TV and books in English, Spanish and French. It is a great room to watch a movie or read. A desk is also available in this room. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite master bathroom, double sinks, WC etc. The two additional guests bedrooms are located on the third floor, each one with a king size bed that can be converted into twins, ensuite showers and WC. Egyptian cotton towels and soaps are provided. All beds are dressed with Italian feather pillows, comforters and Italian linens. Damage insurance is required and children are not recommended due to the stairs and decor of the house. However, the additional guest house is appropriate for children of all ages. Both houses are listed and can be rented together or separately. Within the Manoir property you will find the beautiful 2-bedroom country house Normandy style, direct private access to the beach and a beautiful park surrounded by enormous tress, flowers and fountains. On the lower level you will find; the living room seats 5 comfortably, TV, SONOS music system; the office with a very large mahogany leather English desk and a beautiful 18th century fire place to enjoy during the winter months, wood is provided; the kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, flatware, china, table naps, pots and pans, etc. and a small dinning table. We provide a welcome package with coffee, tea, sugar, honey, spices, etc. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level. A separate fitness room equipped with Technogym machines, yoga mat, jumping ropes, etc. and a guest WC is located on the lower level as well. On the second floor we have 2 large separate nicely decorated bedrooms with top of the line king beds (or 4 twin beds), linen, italian feather comforters and pillows. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and WC. The bathrooms are beautiful and large with double sinks, Italian showers, equipped with hair dryers, Egyptian cotton towels and bathroom toiletries. Enjoy additional amenities like heating and fiber optic WiFi during your stay. During the summer months or as soon as the weather permits, BBQ, umbrellas and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the beautiful summers and famous sunsets in Normandy. Whether you're looking to explore the charming city of Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville and surroundings, walks on the beach or simply unwind in a peaceful environment, this property offers the perfect retreat. The Normandy region is well known for its beautiful impressionists sunsets and great food !! Plenty of excellent restaurants and businesses are open year round. Notes : Unfortunately we must ask for damage insurance or a security deposit given the fact that the houses is decorated with fine fabrics and linens and top of the line equipment. Upon checkout, if there are no damages, your security deposit will be reimbursed. You can include it with your payment upon booking or give it to us in cash upon arrival. In the Guest House children of all ages are allowed but please note that the total number of guests allowed in the house is 10 people including the children, babies count as one person. Pets are not allowed on either house.
