”Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time.”

”I was extremely disappointed with my recent hotel experience, as I felt completely deceived by the use of the name "Courtyard by Marriott" in the advertising. The name led me to believe I was booking a stay at a full-service Marriott property with the standards and quality typically associated with the brand.
