”The guest house is set off from tge main road in a quaint location. A convenient location for my stop. You first walk in to the garden of the Tea Room, which is a beautiful secret garden. A real surprise. The hosts are welcoming and friendly and the rooms rustic and comfy. The cream tea was delicious as was the cooked breakfast in the morning. A highly recommended stay”

”Had a wonderful time at the hotel the owners made us feel as if we were at home. Staff were excellent throughout the 4 days we spent there . We ate fantastic breakfast at the hotel each morning and was lovely and tasty we ate in the hotel restaurant twice for evening meal which was delicious and large portions. I would recommend the hotel to anyone as it is steps awayfromthe beach. The car park was steps away from the front of the hotel. ”

”The B&B Tim and Ken run is one of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Southern England. Stylishly and sensibly renovated rooms with Scandinavian decor, ensuite amenities included, in an intimate environment – meaning that you won't see people coming and going all the time. This is to say that the atmosphere is relaxed. The breakfast is superb with plenty of choices (I'd go for the homemade bagels). Your hosts will also go that extra mile for you. ”A perfect overnight stay at a beautiful historic property. Our large room was very comfortable, including the softest sheets. Lounge with open fire to relax in. Breakfast was excellent with homemade granola and local produce perfectly cooked. The drive from the main road was longer and windier than we expected and if we are able to make a return visit we will try and arrive in daylight. Also a short walk from the car park to the front drive for anyone with mobility problems. ”
