”Lovely, well-equipped, especially appreciated the sand toys for the kids and the beach chairs. Very nice lanai. Beds comfy, plenty of towels. No complaints. Everyone had a wonderful time. Great location near shops and restaurants. Mauna Lani beach is perfect for small children and the Foodland grocery store was so close and convenient-with good prices too. Would stay at this property again.”

”We enjoyed our stay in the Fairways at Mauna Lani condo. It’s well appointed with everything you need from beach chairs to bedding. We had a wonderful vacation here. Having access to the beach club and pool was fantastic. You can’t find a better beach on the island. If you have to opportunity to stay in this community I would not miss out. ”This is a comfortable home in a quiet Waimea neighborhood. There’s a beautiful pasture behind the house with a few cows roaming around. It’s a very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and farmers’ markets. It’s a great location for accessing both sides of the island. It is a bit of a drive to Volcano NP, but still doable. The beautiful Kohala beaches are also close by. We were also close to some great hiking trails. So all in all, this is a great jumping off point for most of the island. ”

”House as described, Dannie is a wonderful host and always reachable. She helped us with everything in our special situation, we will never forget her and Jessica. If you want a home away from the tourists you are right. Awaiting luxury and quietness, go in a hotel. It’s a normal neighborhood with chicken, dogs and everything else. ”Very quiet location a short drive from Hilo. Beautiful grounds filled with fruit trees, charming birds, and the coqui frogs will relax you at night. The screened-in lanai is airy with ceiling fans and you will enjoy every spare moment out there or even a nap. Spacious well equipped kitchen and brand new appliances throughout. Many great snorkeling adventures in Hilo make great day trips. Check out the Tuesday night traditional Hawaiian music at the Hilo Town Tavern. ”
