”On arrival first couldn’t find the room, room wasn’t clean by any means. Room had a great set up. Minimual dishes eg. One fork, one knife lots of spoons. Enough bowls and dishes and pots. Oven was filthy and never even tried to use. Pool looked nice even though we never used it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Over all give it a 4 star. ”

”I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”

”The staff is polite but not friendly. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish the staff was more welcoming. The coffee shop is way too expensive, $11 for a smoothie, $9 for coffee. The restaurant was limited unless you got the buffet which was $89 apiece for dinner and about $40 for breakfast. We walked to other restaurants for our food. There is no microwave in the room either. It doesn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with one fancy shop in the lobby. ”

”The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night. The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”
