Everything was great! Listing as described and very convenient to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet for a city location. Fantastic communication (and very quick and totally responsive) and very clear instructions on the check-in and check-out process. Very much enjoyed the location right next to the food truck park. Easy walk to the beach, shopping, and other locations. Easy access to convention center. Easy access to freeways going out of town. Free parking was very nice to have and very much appreciated, but with it being off site and usually mostly full, it was a significant time expense to go and get the car in the morning and return it to the parking each night. We generally had to park on the very top of the structure and it took a while to get in and out of the garage and also to walk back and forth to the garage. It was also a problem to get out of the garage because many people did not know how to get out and it created backups with no on-site parking attendant. The listing should be changed slightly because the listing had a single bed and a double bed in the living room and there was only a double pull out couch bed. It was nice having the balcony with the city view to be able to eat outside. The WIFI worked great and was fast. Other tenants in the building were really polite and courteous. Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.
