This contemporary and child-friendly condo, situated within the Pacific Monarch building in the heart of Waikiki, is the perfect choice for family vacations. A quick two-minute stroll will lead you to the beach. The space boasts two comfortable queen-size beds, a mid-century modern full sofa bed, high-quality beddings, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy family breakfasts in the charming dining area or bask in the sun by the rooftop pool, offering stunning ocean and city panoramas. The spacious living room comes complete with a flat-screen smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary, and coffee and tea are readily available.

The building offers an array of amenities for our guests. Beyond the rooftop pool, you can indulge in the jet spa and sauna, both available at no extra cost. On-site laundry facilities are available for a fee, as is on-site parking. If you need a comfortable place to relax during the check-in or check-out process, the spacious Hospitality Room next to the pool deck is at your disposal. This room includes a kitchen, a bathroom, separate tables and chairs, and a lounge area with a TV. The views are nothing short of spectacular.

Traveling with children? With three kids of our own, we understand the needs of parents. That's why we provide a variety of beach toys, body boards, beach chairs, as well as a playpen and a high chair for our youngest guests. Just let us know your requirements; chances are, we have what you need.

First-class dining, shopping, and surfing opportunities are all within a few minutes' walk. The building and the surrounding neighborhood are highly secure, with an on-site property manager available to assist you during your stay.

On-site paid parking is offered at $28 per night. The bus stop conveniently located at the front of the building, offering transportation around the island for $2.75. Additionally, you have the option to rent a car for the day from Alamo, situated just behind our building, open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

For your convenience, a travel desk is situated in the lobby, ready to assist with tours and local attractions.

Overall this was a great place to stay. The location is excellent, the rooftop pool and hot tub were great, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the host was super helpful and responsive. My only complaint would be the place could use a thorough deep cleaning but that could just be me being a bit of a clean freak. Despite staying through the kona storm our family had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

We were a party of 5 women and stayed for a week in February. The condo is in a great location just minutes to the beach, target and other shopping centres. It was great they had beach chairs you could use. It has everything you need to cook meals and had extra blankets and pillows. When we checked in there weren’t enough bath towels or beach towels for the number of guests we had. I emailed the host and he had more dropped off the next day. The communication with the host was great for the duration of our stay. Like the other reviews say it is very noisy at night. We all slept with ear plugs in but with the night life and the buses that pass by frequently the noise kept us up at night. The noise is due to shutter windows that allow for airflow, but also for noise.

Renny was great and very accessible. Location was great perfect!! You can hear the sounds of the city. But i loved that about it. Added to the vibe. The unit was perfectly functional for our needs had everything u would need with out being cluttered. The beach chairs and buggy boards were very welcomed. could use a little tlc. But that didn't harm our experience at all just being honest. Building and its amenities were nice. We used the roof top pool a couple times. Even grilled some steaks up there. We did not use the parking garage. But highly recommend using first rent a car. Which has parking overnight included and is a very short walk to get to inside a nearby hotel lobby. It was perfect.

This condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Right next to strip. You could walk to everything. The host where awesome took us to and from airport,gave us a tour on our way.Had a bedroom for us and my son and his friend had a bed and pull out sofa in the livingroom. Didnt use parking didnt need car could walk everywhere. Only complaint was you are rentng private and dont get anything from reception because of it. Nothing host could do about that. If we return we will definitely stay here again. Stove,fridge. Grills on roof were pool and hot tub are.

The location was perfect for us, and the food across the street was absolutely bomb!The room is a bit outdated, but for the price—and for our small group just staying the night—it totally worked.The host was super easy to communicate with, which made things way easier than dealing with the front desk staff!

Great stay in Waikiki!

The location of this property is fantastic as it is only a few hundred yards from Waikiki Beach. There is a lot do close by, and you probably don't need a car unless you are getting out of the Waikiki area. We slept 6 of us just fine and the kitchen was sufficient when we wanted to take a break from eating out.

Good Spot for a Family Staying in Waikiki the whole time

Overall this property was just what we needed! We were on island for a family event -military retirement. I chose it because it had enough beds, was close to the beach and had parking. We had to spend a lot of time outside of Waikiki, but this was more affordable. I liked having a full size refrigerator. I was surprised to not find a book with instructions and guidelines, the wifi info. I felt like I was texting Reny all the time, but Reny answered all of my many questions in a timely manner.My negatives from the trip are not really under Reny's control, but I feel like it is good to include here for future visitors who are choosing this property for the same reasons I did. The lanai is not wide enough for a chair. The parking price is more than listed on the VRBO description (35 not 28). The parking lot is ridiculously small, so I had trouble every night parking the SUV we required for 5 adult-size people. The last night, there were no spots so I ended up having to pay an additional 60 to park at International Marketplace for overnight parking. I feel like the front desk could not help in any way - they were snippy because "it's not their lot". I understand that but at 10:30 at night after yet another offsite obligation, I just wanted to park. I also am not happy that I was told to pay for 4 days of parking (our stay there) but a spot was never guaranteed. Overall a good spot for a family who is staying in Waikiki the whole time.

Good location, a couple blocks from the beach, nice street with plenty of shops/food. Building parking is tight and 35/day. 6th floor had OK views. Everything was very clean, beds worked for the kiddos. Not sure how I could have missed the dishwasher listed under amenities, also would have been nice to have a couple more plates/silverware.Our biggest disappointment with our stay (end of Dec '24) was that the rooftop pool was closed until I believe some time in February and that wasn't communicated to us prior. That was one of the biggest selling points to us when we booked, and had we known would have likely stayed somewhere else. There was a neighboring hotel with a pool available to use during this time, but not quite the same appeal.

Good location- Unit needs updating

Good location- setup of unit worked well for family of four and two grandparents. This unit desperately needs updating. It is VERY loud outside at night. Better, heavy drapery would help a lot. Knives need sharpening and teal chair and leather chair need replacing. Installing a fan in the dining room instead of fixture that’s there would help circulation. Air conditioning can barely keep up. Also, beach chairs not in good working order.

Destination Wedding Vacation

We stayed here with my family of five for a destination wedding and vacation. We loved it! The location was perfect, and we could walk to the beach and even see it from the balcony! It was centrally located to Oahu attractions like 15 minutes to the Diamond Head Volcano hike, 20 minutes to Manoa falls and also close to the wedding we attended at Haiku Gardens! We were able to get parking right in the building and I thought the price was fair. You will always have to pay for parking in a big city no matter where you travel to. I had no issues with noise and my teenagers thought the city views were really cool! We slept very comfortably. The roof top hot tub and pool were definitely perks and we took advantage of the sauna and pool table in the hospitality room as well. The place was clean. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The host was very attentive to our needs and questions. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for our teenagers. They were able to beach and enjoy the night life. The condo had chairs and umbrellas which were perfect for us. The rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing! Lack of communication, dirty bathroom with moldy shower curtain, not enough curtains to keep sun out

To start with I went to check in and the front desk had no clue who I was, So my information was never forwarded to them. (I paid well in advance ) I was about to leave after waiting almost 40 minutes and then the host FINALLY sent my information. This was when we were about to leave after not hearing anything from the host. So we finally get checked in MIND you we just flew 6 hours have a 23 month old toddler and 9 year old that are crying and very hungry tired and they just wanted to watch cartoons and eat. Once we got in the room there were thangs that were filthy and the maid needs to go through training to say the least. The living room curtains don’t close all the way so the lights that never go off blind you all night long. The beds are so very uncomfortable & then there’s the fun, fun constant motorcycles racing up and down the street all night long. If you do go to Pacific Monarch make sure you go up to the 20th to 30th floor otherwise you will not have a quiet relaxing vaccinations. I honestly am looking forward to a comfortable bed and no noise!!!! I feel cheated because I was so looking forward to wonderful relaxing stay and my room and lack of communication was not a good start of my vacation. I guess you live and learn.

Great Location

Proximity to the beach - very close, walking distance Proximity to shopping and dining - very close, walking distance. Neighborhood is a tad bit noisy, but not too bad. Building is old, lacking some amenities. Pool area is great. Unit was clean. 6 of us stayed comfortably, more towels would have been nice.
