The Space:

Soft trade winds drift across the lanai as the light shifts over the ocean and Diamond Head in the distance. From your perch high above Waikiki, you can watch the city move at its own unhurried rhythm while enjoying open views of the mountains and coastline. Indoors and out, the space feels connected to Honolulu’s easy, tropical climate.



Sleeping arrangements

This 30th-floor condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is accessed through the bedroom.

The bright, open layout includes air conditioning via a window AC unit, a 42 inch HDTV with standard cable, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out. Large windows frame ocean and mountain views, creating an airy indoor-outdoor feel. Fast wifi - 214 Mbps, verified by speed test - and an Ethernet connection support streaming and remote work.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for everyday meals, with full-size appliances and space to cook comfortably. A dining table offers room to gather for breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto the private patio or balcony to enjoy morning coffee or sunset skies over Waikiki. Beach essentials are included, and guests also have shared beach access nearby.



Within the building, you’ll find a shared heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna - with the pool and hot tub currently under renovation until May 2026. A shared BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, playground, elevator, and paid washer and dryer in the building add everyday convenience. Free parking for one vehicle in the garage and access to an EV charger are included. Self check-in with a keypad allows flexible arrivals.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
