Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $50 (Cash Only). If you`d like to save parking fee, you may take the shuttle from the airport and rent vehicles from 808 Smart Car Rentals downstairs and avail their $20 flat rate parking fee per day. They offer a quick and easy rental process. Feel free to check their website for updates and more details.

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

As our home is located in a tropical destination, occasional sightings of small insects (such as ants or similar common tropical bugs) can happen from time to time, even in well-maintained spaces. This is a natural part of the island environment.

Please note that during your stay, there may be scheduled visits by licensed pest control vendors as part of the building’s ongoing maintenance program. These treatments are safe, odorless, and designed to be minimally disruptive.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation should your stay coincide with any scheduled service, as these efforts are in place to ensure a consistently well-maintained environment for all residents and guests.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building`s water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.

We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

Please note that a $1000 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter to Airbnb for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment. Fees subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.

Please be aware that occasional noise may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as building maintenance, neighboring activities, or the urban environment. Parcels may be delivered either to the mailbox or held at the security office. However, as we are privately managed through Airbnb, we cannot guarantee secure handling. We suggest shipping your package to the nearest parcel station for reliable pickup. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
