Aston Waikiki auringonlaskun korkealla kerroksessa, josta on laajat näkymät merelle, rannikolle ja puistoon, on 1 makuuhuoneen (2 parivuodetta) laaja oleskelutila (queen-vuodesohva w / Tempur-Pedic-tyyppisillä patjoilla), 1 kylpyhuone ja ILMAINEN PARKINTO . Täysin kunnostettu vuonna 2018 korkealaatuisilla suunnittelijapinnoitteilla. Keski-AC koko huoneisto. EI VUOKRAUSMAKSU.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa kaikki välttämättömyys, antaa tästä huoneistosta kodin. Tilava keittiön työpöytä 4-6 paikkaan sekä erillinen ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 3-4. Siellä on myös ulkoterassi ruokapöytä kahdelle.

Beautiful condo in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtney’s property! The location was lively and right in the heart of everything—just a short walk to Waikīkī Beach, great restaurants, and excellent shopping. The unit was spotless and very well-maintained. We were warmly greeted with a beautiful gift basket and a personalized card, which was such a thoughtful touch.Check-in was smooth and easy, and having free parking was a huge bonus—especially with no resort fees! The building also has a cute pool, and the unit came stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect beach day, which made things so convenient.Courtney was a wonderful host and made sure every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend staying here!

Well-Stocked, Very-Clean, Renovated Condo

For the Christmas holidays, we planned a trip with our two teen boys (16 and 19) for surfing in Hawaii. After booking, Courtney kept us informed of possible A/C repairs and generously gave a discount though it later turned out that the A/C repairs would be pushed back and would not affect our travels.We arrived to a nicely renovated, very clean condo with enough beds and towels for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots & pans, utensils, etc for us to cook our own breakfasts. The boy appreciated that the condo was close enough to the Wakiki beach them to walk about 10 minutes to rent surf boards. Please note though that the condo is located at the end/edge of Wakiki beach. Though it wasn't far for us to walk to the more central area for shopping and restaurants, it may be a little bit of a hike for younger ones. :-) Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Beautiful apartment close to the beach and tons of restaurants and stores. There was also beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, cart, etc. Also a well equipped kitchen if you plan to prep meals at home.

Our healing trip

My mom and I came over to recuperate and heal up from the last 2 yrs of loss and grief our stay at the Astin Waikiki Sunset was just what the dr ordered. The condo was beautiful and clean with some of the best sunset views i have ever seen. The hosts were quick to respond whenever i reached out and when i asked if we could extend our stay they went to any length to accomodate us. Even comping a couple of nights. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful host and wonderful stay

We love Hawaii and we love this condo. We were visiting my daughter at the university so we stayed in the condo for six nights. The location was the perfect distance to everything (the beach, the university and Ala Moana) and the view of diamond head/Waikiki was priceless. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed for the week. Courtney was a great host and was quick to respond if we needed anything. We even had a welcome basket with Hawaiian goodies waiting for us when we arrived, which we were very excited about. There were plenty of towels for us to use and there was a laundry room right down the hall to wash clothes when we needed to. The beds we so comfortable and even the couch was pleasant to sit on. You could enjoy the gorgeous view from both rooms because of the large windows. I will definitely stay there again when I return to the island to visit my daughter.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property, and I will definitely stay there again. It is immaculately maintained. The property manager, Courtney, and her staff are super helpful. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location at the Diamond Head end of Waikīkī is my favorite. Close to the beach. Walking distance to every thing. Can’t say enough good things.

Clean and Comfy

Look no further for an immaculately maintained home away from home. It is stocked with quality items like what you’d have in your own home. No “starter” supplies. In the past I’ve had to purchase items such as toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap/shampoo to supplement whatever was supplied. Cupboards contain sets of items, not mismatched plates or thoughtless collection of kitchen items. The condo is in a typical dated building but its location can’t be beat. No need to drive through busy Waikiki. Parking is a HUGE plus! Recently the entire building was being “updated.” During the days when water or power were not available Courtney went beyond expectations. She sincerely offered to do anything to make our stay enjoyable. This just shows what kind of person she is. Thank you, Courtney!

Perfect for Our Family

My husband and I and our two teenage boys stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. A great view from the lanai, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities and easy in/out of the connected parking garage. Check in and out was seamless and Courtney was a great hostess. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Waikiki and wanting a little more space than a hotel room.

Waikiki Wonderful

This property was just as described, looked just like the pictures, and it was perfect for our Oahu vacation! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed including cookware, the bathroom shower head was great, the living room was comfortable and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed spending time on the balcony reading or looking out at the water. I really loved that the following items were supplied for our use: hand soap for each sink; dish soap in the kitchen; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom; quality paper towels and toilet paper; garbage bags and more. I have rented many condos and have always had to buy these items once I arrived. There was also a welcome basket with coffee and snacks! Laundry is located at the end of the hall and there is a mini mart located in the building with some food items. The outdoor pool area was very nice and is located on the sixth floor of the building. The building location was perfect with only a short walk required to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The zoo is also just a few blocks away and we enjoyed our visit there. Parking in the attached ramp is free! We used our rental car for outings to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor Memorial, and a trip to the North Shore. I highly recommend this condo for your Waikiki vacation!

The condo was very clean. They provided lots of things to make our stay comfortable. We had a car for our trip and the parking garage attendant wouldn’t let us park until we checked in with security. It was kind of confusing but everything was fine after we figured that out. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

Room with a view

We traveled to Hawaii in January to be with family for a special week. This unit did not disappoint! It was exactly as advertised. Everything was perfect and Courtney was more than helpful to us. We were walking distance from virtually everything. It was a great week and we didn’t want to leave. Beautiful, clean, great location & wonderful host

Wonderful location for a 28 year old, 64 year old and 46 year old...we loved it. The condo was beautifully clean and perfect in ever way. Another unit opened their door to the hallway while having a cooking issue and the fire alarm went off for the whole building. One we got to the lobby we saw the staff in action doing a great job of communication and organization. Great host! We'd go back 100%.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this condo. Check in super easy straight onto the condo. Location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants in a few blocks. Really appreciated our welcome basket - very thoughtful! Please look just as advertised, ultra clean and very comfortable and what a view. Kitchen has everything you will need and loved all the beach gear. Laundry very convenient at end of hallway. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. A Good Place For Four Adults

There are plenty of space for four adults. The host also included beach accessories (umbrellas, chairs, and two bodyboards) and a big cart to push all that around in the sand. The apartment was cleaned well when we arrived. The host responded very fast when we encountered a wifi issue (router needed to be restart). The building was going through a few renovation when we stayed. I would pay attention to the bulletin board in the elevator. During our stay, the elevator was shut down for about 1.5 hours and the water was shut off twice (about 2-3 hours each). The apartment was quite and no noise from any neighbors. Also, I would drive up to floor 4th or 5th for easy parking. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies.

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a nice beach vacation. Construction was sometimes a problem, but it was manageable. I would strongly recommend this for couples or very small families and would gladly return. If a pair of glasses was found, would you please send then to the address on our registration form? I will reimburse the cost.
