Marina Front Tranquility -koti on täydellinen saaren elämäntyyliin! Vaikka se on poistettu turististen alueiden hälinästä, se on kätevä monille Oahun nähtävyyksille ja huville, joita haluat kokea. Sijaitsee hyväpalkkaisessa asuinalueella Itä-Honolulussa, vain kilometrin tai kahden päässä suosikkikohteista, kuten Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach ja Sea Life Park ... Se on silti vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä kaikesta Waikikin toiminnasta.

Naapurustossa on lähellä ostoksia Costco, CVS ja Safeway. Läheisissä ostoskeskuksissa on tarjolla elokuvateattereita ja vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia, kuten monia ravintoloita, mukaan lukien kuuluisa alkuperäinen Roy's Restaurant!

Kiinteistö itsessään tarjoaa vertaansa vailla olevat mahdollisuudet rentoutua ja kokea upea Havaijin elämäntapa. Kuva ryhmästäsi istuvan kannen ympärillä Marina-vesitien vieressä… nauttimalla uima-altaasta, grillaamalla… ja illalla katsomassa vaikuttavaa auringonlaskun näyttöä maalaamassa taivasta. Seikkailunhaluiselle hengelle voit vuokrata melalauta tai kajakki ja tutustua Marina-kanaviin suoraan hiljattain kunnostetulla laiturilla. Saat hieman enemmän jännitystä, joten voit päästä aina merelle merellä!

 Tilava Marina-koti on ihanteellinen suurille ryhmille. Kaksi isäntäsviittiä talon vastakkaisilla puolilla sekä kolme makuuhuonetta välillä. Kahdessa master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone sekä ilmastointilaitteet huoneessa. Kolmessa ylimääräisessä makuuhuoneessa ja koko talossa on kattotuuletin. Kodissa on hiljattain uusittu avoin konsepti, keittiö ja olohuone sekä ruokasali, joka avautuu uima-altaan taakse.

Amazing!

Thanks for an amazing stay! Every part of the process, from reservation to checkout, was seamless and pleasant. Thank you to Amanda and Sandy for the small touches like the fresh pineapple, coffee, and chocolate covered macadamia nuts upon check in. We will definitely stay here again upon our return.

Summer 2024

Super convenient location for our activities. Our family enjoys a slower paced HI vacation visiting family and our usual hot spots. This home has plenty of space and loved sitting outside each day watching the water and drinking our coffee. The home is older, but very comfortable and clean. Thanks to to super responsive hosts who were always quick to reply!!!

The Perfect Family Vacation

Wonderfully appointed family home with very comfortable rooms, well-stocked kitchen, tastefully furnished and very clean!! We were delighted with every aspect of this property - the pool was so fun to lounge around in for hours, we did yoga on the top deck and also on the boat landing. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, very safe. I used to visit my Aunty who lived in on the marina right next to this home so I was very familiar with the area. Short distance from Sandys, shopping at Kahala Mall, KCC Farmers Market, Ala Moana, Waikiki, and even Lanikai (go during the week days). The best part is Foodland, Safeway and Costco are only a couple mins away. And you can easily take a walk each morning to the beach to see the sunrises. We will definitely be back. Our hosts were incredibly attentive, responsive and kind. 10/10!!!

Felt like home in Hawaii

We had a wonderful comfortable stay at the property in Hawaii Kai. The place was very clean, we had everything we needed, and there was room for two families with 2 kids each plus two grandparents. The entire property was air conditioned which was a great refuge from the heat. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The highlight of the property is the amazing pool. We all loved swimming in the pool either at the beginning of the day or at the end. It was great to be able to relax and unwind. The location was awesome as well. It was close to beautiful beaches like Sandy Beach and Kailua beach. It was also close to hidden gems like China Walls and Spitting caves. Its proximity to nearby Safeway (open 24 hours) and Costco was super helpful as well. Both were around a 5 minute drive away. Don’t forget the Leonard’s Malasadas food truck nearby as well (which became an instant favorite). Overall we loved staying at the home and would gladly stay there again in the future. Special thanks to Amanda for looking after us during our stay.

We needed a large place to stay that would accommodate all of us and provide a place to gather and visit. This property was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed. From cooking meals together in the large kitchen to enjoying dips in the pool or just relaxing on the patio and watching the sunset, it was great. We are hoping to come back again soon and stay at this fabulous property.

I knew your cancelation policy, and cried multiple times. They(my husbands brother) are going to still get married there next year. Unfortunately, that was a very large loss for us. It looked so lovely, my newly widowed mom was going to join us as well. Heartbroken. Covid is so terrible.Wouldn't even let us be with our dad in his last days.I will give ratings on how it looked to us. Be well. God bless.

The outside area was also great; plenty of sunny and shaded areas to relax. The property manager was awesome and very responsive. The kitchen had most everything you need. When we arrived a neighbor was going through the garbage cans; kind of weird.We had planned to rent paddle boards and go out from the marina; decided not to because the water was murky. For sure a quite neighborhood and neighbors will call if you are too loud. So move inside after 10pm or they will call and wake the property manager.I would stay here again.

We all agreed the beds were very comfortable and thought the decor was nicely done. We all also loved that each room had air conditioning...not very common on the islands. The only down side was the couch was not that comfortable, but it worked and the floors were not clean; we all had black feet from walking around. We would go back again though.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Its was a good stay. Though do we have a little suggestion for the owners. 1. Put number on the house, a little bit difficult to find the right house when you don't know witch house it is. And the street numbers don't follow the usual sequence. 2.Wine glass in the kitchen 3.More outside lamps on both sides, front and back. 4.Cooling box for the beach. The cleaning of the floors, kitchen and bathrooms could be better.

Great place to stay

Overall great location and home to stay for your vacation. Only complaint was the cleanliness upon arriving. Having to pay a cleaning fee you would assume the place would be clean upon arrival. Some of the beds had hair in the sheets upon lifting the blankets. Upon turning the blinds there appeared to be a booger from a prior person. Also the floors seemed to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. Without shoes our feet were completely black. This made it impossible to allow my infant down without becoming filthy.

There were a lot of nice things about this property. The check in process was easy and smooth as well as the check out. The back porch was great with plenty of seating and it was nice and cool out on the deck with a nice breeze. The pool was perfect for cooling off but be careful when the pool deck gets wet, it’s super slick. The property had a great location for everything we love to do in Hawaii Kai and the Eastside. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. And although the house is advertised with NO A/C just be prepared...it is HOT!! The two masters had window units that were nice in those two rooms for sleeping but if you aren’t sleeping in there you are not sleeping. The lack of A/C made it difficult to be able to cook there because the oven and stove heated up the house even more making you drip sweat while in the kitchen. Another issue with having no cooling in the house means the fridge doesn’t work very well, it did NOT keep things cold - we lost a lot of vegetables and milk within a couple days because the fridge couldn’t keep it cold enough. In addition the ice maker doesn’t work so we had to continue to buy bags of ice but only 4 at a time because any more and they wouldn’t stay frozen for two days so our dining out bill quadrupled with not being able to cook at home like we had planned and ended up with quite a loss in food. So the location is nice, the pool is nice, the two masters were nice and being able to have a washer and dryer was nice but a fridge that can’t keep up with the heat, a very hot house and hot additional rooms, and a kitchen you couldn’t really cook in was not so nice - it made for a long week!
