”First, this place was extremely clean! Newer interior, appliances, etc. Check in/out extremely super easy. Communication with host was excellent! Considering the price point of this rental it served beyond our needs. It is an older cabin (uneven floors, etc,) but nicely decorated, furnished, and provides all the essentials. The larger bedroom had a window A/C unit which worked great! Portable A/C unit in living room worked good too. Recommend a window A/C unit in the bedroom with two beds...

”I love this house, love this lake, love this area. Out of all the vacations, these are the most peaceful and relaxing. This was my second time here and it was even better. Swimming, kayaking, fishing, hikes at the dunes or lake Michigan, old towns to visit, fires and ice cream at night. It's the best! Dan the property owner is responsive and cares about making this a great trip for guests. My boys really enjoy it here.”

”Staying at Jeff's place facilitated our attendance at an Interlochen concert. Our stay was comfortable for one night. Guests were dismayed that the pull out sofa, which was the planned sleeping location for two young kids, appeared not to have clean linens for certain. There were a couple of stains on the sheet found on the pullout mattress, and the additional flat sheet in the closet was not folded. This made us question whether we had clean or used linens.
