”The food venue and services are not 5 stars resort was very nice. Not much to do. Aqua and bam bam lunch restaurant and food was terrible they keep you waiting 45 minutes or more for your order. And no Comunication at all when they run out of bananas to do your smoothie after waiting 45 minutes. In Bam Bam they serve the food overcooked and burnt. Very expensive to eat and drink”

”The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.”

”The area is beautiful and the property have good potential to be excellent, but the place was not clean enough, the place smells when you arrive and a lot of messages no pleasant in the walls. When we tried to use the toast there was an electricity cut, was hard to find the switch. Most of utensils and furniture no the best quality, very restrictive with soap and a lot of little details that makes lost the potential of the place.”

”The young staff working the tables in the restaurant were fantastic. The food was great! The venue in all was exceptional. Rooms spaciest and clean. We made it in time for the Australian INXS tribute show which was fantastic. Love Airlie Beach! Highly recommend!!”

Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container. The beds were...
