”While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

”This cabin was adorable!!! We stayed in one of the 4 person cabins and absolutely loved it!!! The view from the back of the cabin was awe inspiring at night. What an incredible experience! The cabin was fully staffed with a fridge, pots and pans, and some s’more’s to cook in the fire pit (the s’mores came in the cutest lil gift box). Wood was also provided at the campsite. This was a very memorable experience. The kids loved it!”

”Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor.”

”The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately, while we were there, EVERYTHING was either broken or under construction. The swimming pool is being renovated. It's been under construction for a year. The workout facility is ALSO under construction. The ice machine is GONE! You have to go to the front desk to ask for ice. They were working on the roof when we were staying there so there was constant workers in the parking lot. Now, here is the POSITIVES. The workers were AWESOME! They can't control...
