”Comfortable”

”Walls were super thin, I could hear everything in the rooms next to and above me. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was superb and the front desk was friendly.”

”Older hotel. Funky smell in halls & room. Beds were clean & comfortable. Water pressure good in the shower. The toilet was missing a bolt connecting it to the floor, when flushed it rocked. Parking convenient to room. Felt secure while there. Probably wouldn't stay there again, mainly due to the smell.”

”Much of the property has been renovated and a pleasing to the eye. The big downfall was the stair wells. The stairwells were filthy and looked like they had been used buy homeless invividuals, who left their filth behind. The sidedoor entrances where unsecure.”

”The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

”Traveled with my family. After we went to the room we did not stay because of the musty, smoky smell and condition of furniture in the room (stained black from use) and just inhospitable feeling. We knew we needed a place to comfortably rest after our travels and just didn't feel we could do it there. Although I am attempting to get a refund for the second night that was booked, it was so bad I didn't mind losing the money I had paid. I think it really needs an update, or complete tear down to...

”Needs to be maintained better. No elevator - so be prepared to carry your bags upstairs after a long travel day. Good price, but wouldn’t stay again”

”When I first got to the property, I was unaware of a $50 miscellaneous fee that I was going to be charged that was not a part of my booking. Then I got booked into the wrong room after I was telling the lady that was checking me in that was not my room. She then told me that my room was paid for it was not so after she gave me the room key and I went to look at the room that she said was mine. I had to go back downstairs and let her know that that was not my room. Showed her the booking and she...

”Clean room and quiet area to stay in. Definitely will stay again and at another Hyatt Place.”

”Nice stay, clean room, nice shower, good breakfast. Had to wait at the front desk to be checked in, ended up knocking on the door behind the desk to get someone to wait on me. That part wasn’t good”

”Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported.”

”The room was clean, they cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly. The property was clean. It was a nice stay. Really don't have any complaints. If I did it would be I wish they had better breakfast!”

”Near the freeway and good price”

”Very easy access to the highway, and a perfect place to spend our time when we were not at Bonnaroo! Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Shower was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

”The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was $14 for the same thing you get at lesser hotels, free with your stay. Room and Check In Staff were wonderful, breakfast I could have gone the street at a drive thru for more selection.”
