”nice clean room”

”I had an excellent experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. The check was smooth. The front desk guy was really helpful. The rooms was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning in the future. ”

”The staff was super nice, everything beyond that was not great. The room had the window cracked and smelled of strong air freshener when we entered. There was visible dirt along the floor and spots on the blankets. I am not a bougie hotel person or very picky but l legit felt uncomfortable and probably should have asked for another room bit it was already late & a last minute on the way stop to break up a road trip with two young kids. The pool was not great either in terms of looking clean....

”The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

”The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. ”

”Bed linens were yellow stained. Towels were threadbare. Tub and shower were dirty. Hair everywhere. Eggs cold, biscuits old and hard. Do not recommend ”

”I did NOT stay there. The property is run down, I was given 2 different rooms and both were very poor. The bathrooms were disgusting, tubs were moldy. The first room #301 bathroom looked like a child was repairing the caulking and grout. Unbelievable how poor this property is. ”

”We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. ”
