”Bathroom paint & trim we not done with quality. The toilet ran all the time because the tank flappper didn’t seal. We told the maintenance man in our way out. The building is definitely older, and looks like it has gone through some updating. It was ok, but because the value vs what we paid was very good, there. Is no sense bashing the place. Would I stay again. I probably would ”

”I don’t often stay at a Travelodge but wanted to stay right in Atlanta, IL, and this was the best option. The hotel was great! Clean, fresh paint and new carpeting, an excellent experience for a 2 star hotel!”

”For a small town hotel, it was very clean, supplied, and the manager and his wife were very friendly. Breakfast was minimal but everything else made up for it. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.”

”Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race. Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like...

”Front desk staff was very slow, trying to work on two computers and his phone to get us checked in, then he told me my military id was not a real id. Then made me redo the whole check in process that they had me do online, again in person. He made comments about getting a really big room (1 room with 3 Queen beds) after knowing I booked for 2 adults and 4 kids. Room was dirty. Dust and dirt in all corners of the bathroom and on top the the shower. The fridge made a weird noise and wouldn't...

”This was wonderfully clean from top to bottom. The staff was very helpful, and we felt like family. The breakfast was nice, hot, and again, the cleanliness was impressive. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.”

”Toilet ran all night, lights in main room did not work, staff did not make people follow the 10:00 quiet time, milk was spoiled in fridge, a/c blew hot air. Reached out to staff and corporate during our stay and was given some lies about reimbursement and being contacted “within 24 hours.” Worst experience at a Holiday Inn”

”Nice big room. Breakfast was very limited, even worse than typically in the US. There we pretty much nothing fresh, so not a great way to start the day. The gym was pretty nice. ”

”The main part of room was somewhat clean but something splattered on wall. The bathroom was gross with a dirty floor and no shower curtain. The response I got the next day about the shower curtain was not an apology, just - well we can put one up now if you want. There were little ants all over the room and crawling on the bed. I would never stay here again.”
