Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Upon my arrival the outside surrounding culture was a little off putting. However, I decided to go in and review the property before cancelling my reservation. I was pleasantly surprised the hotel was very clean the staff was professional and that changed my mind I decided to stay at the property after all. The continental breakfast was hot and the server was pleasant. I used the valet parking, the attendants were also
professional I give their efforts 5 stars. Way to go Team!”

”Property and room were very nice and clean. Staff was not friendly seemed bothered when asked a question (red hair lady). No amenities had to pay for coffee in the morning (only Starbucks available) Paying that much for a room you should at least get coffee. No pool etc. very close to things to do though.”

”Paikka hyvä liikkumisen kannalta, julkinen liikenne lähellä. Hotelli uudistettu vanhaa tyyliä mukaillen, kunto hyvä. Parisängyt aika kapeita kahdelle, liian pehmeitä meidän makuun. Espanjan kielitaito olisi eduksi siivoojien kanssa kommunikointiin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.”
