”The breakfast was very disappointing, it only consisted of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, duchess honey bun, and duchess frosted donuts. Very disappointed. ”

”The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

”Everything was perfect here except for the temperature of the room. We weren't able to manipulate the temperature, so it was quite cold for us. We asked for a couple of blankets and that solved the problem at night. ”

”The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even...

”Parking and location were great for our needs, the room and the hotel were clean. Staff was a little elusive at the front desk. The breakfast was okay. Our room had a very slow draining bathroom sink and missing furniture. Where the chair and footstool are in the pictures, there was just a big, empty space, which was kind of odd. One of the window blinds couldn't be put all the way down because the string thing was missing. There is no restaurant selection in the vicinity, it's all chain...

”The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues.”
