”View was beautiful, ocean fun but pool was poopy! The staff didn’t seem to mind and told us not to worry there’s bleach. There was poop at the bottom of the pool when we tried to go for a swim. There was also sand in our bed, and the children wanted to sleep on top of the blanket. Then we were accused of lying about occupancy in front of our three kids and told we needed to leave or they’d call the police. Nothing says relaxing family vacation like your 10-year-old thinking you’re about to be...

”The pool is under maintainance, which is what we are not aware of until we arrived.
and also the fireplace didn't work, and facility comes to help us fix the issue.
