”Good experience for the price. The pool and the yard was taken care of well and the room was tidy as well. The location was not as good as I thought since there were not for example supermarkets near. Overall good hotel for 1 to 2 nights stay relatively near the airport.”

”Early room cleaningn next door woke up once already 7.30. Toilet papers needed to ask. Balkony not cleaned ever. Only 3 electrical powerplugs an 1 of them different. Sri Lanka adapter did not work and hotel did not have any adapters.Taxes added to drinks and food, not anywhere else. Took one Coce from minibar and put one similar back. In cheking out it was not ok. We had to pay. Greedy. Askin taxi assistance to Airport, request was 26 dollars, from neighbour office only 12. Wery slow service...

”We had booked the room Via Hotels.com and it was confirmed. When we arrived to the hotel, we weretold that they have no room available for us. They said that they have arranged a room for us from an other similar hotel near by and we have to pay only half ofthe price compared to Amora Lagoon price and that they will pay the other half on behalf of us. They drove us to this other hotel which was a very poor quality place and their list price was half of Amora’s price which we had to pay...
