”Beautiful place with spacious well appointed suites. The food was amazing! Close to all the top spots in The Hunter. Our only disappointment was that the amazing hospitality stops at check out time, no ability to organise a late check out and when we wanted to ride their complementary bikes after check out for the afternoon we were told there would be a $100 charge (they did give us one hour for free though) For the price of this accommodation those little extra value adds would have made the...

”Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return.”

”Not really a luxury accommodation, but very good quality place to stay. Close to vineyards, golf courses and other attractions. Abdolutely beautiful view over Hunter Valley, old buildings create a pleasant athmosphere. No outdoor pool, but indoor pool in spa premises is a big one. Sauna is way too mild and not in good shape. We really loved our time here althought it's a bit pricey.”

”Dilapidated, filthy, overpriced, safety hazard and should be shut down before someone gets hurt. Wear a HAZMAT suit if you decide to stay in this "bargain accommodation" or drive to another suburb for better options. Unacceptable that this place continues to trade - since I was too busy to check referrals, I regretted every second of my choice to stay here. I apologised to my wife for this mistake - I don't often do that......”

”Spider webs in room corners at floor level, never got the WiFi password asked twice, Water damage to ceiling and the fire alarm went off at 2.00 am in the morning twice within 5 minutes of each burst. The staff were nice and I parked outside my room but a line of pot plants were difficult to maneuver around to get to and from ones car, the pot plants shouldn't be there a massive OH&S issue for guests. Staff were really worried about locking doors and gates which made me & my wife feel...

”Room is great for an overnight sleep especially if doing balloon and have to get up at 3am. You get what you pay for but rooms n bathroom are clean which is all that matters. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy checkin and self check out - drop key in box. ”
