From the house it is only 450 meters to the water. Here you can enjoy refreshing swims, coastal walks, or peaceful moments on the beach all year round.



The location offers easy access to experiences. Aarhus city centre is 25 km away, and Ebeltoft can be reached within 30 km. Both towns offer culture, restaurants, and charming streets with shops and cafés.



About 10 km from the house lies Mols Bjerge National Park. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring nature, where rolling hills, forests, and sea views create the setting for active days outdoors.



The holiday qualities in the area are many. The beach invites swimming in summer, but also winter bathing for the brave. The coastline is ideal for fishing or kayaking. The surrounding landscape offers small roads, cycle routes, and markets in nearby villages. The combination of nature, culture, and short distances to towns makes the place attractive all year round.
