The house is on a major road in Hamilton, but the traffic and noise was hardly noticeable give the distance away from the city center.Wi-FI was fast and stable. ”The outside is less desirable, communication was good but the house lacks attention to detail the kitchen has its bare basics, no mixing or salad bowls, it could do with a rice cooker, blender to make smoothies ice trays serving trays, the bath towels are very thin and small like cardboard and their isnt anymore if you needed extra towels the house has a weird damp smell and not vaccum properly in main room still a biscuit under the bed & rubbish bin full of beer bottles for the price it’s ok...
