”Property was good but, when we got there we were told that they had recently changed their credit card system and our payment method that we used in our Expedia account was no longer legitimate. Something about a virtual credit card that would not work in their system because of the change and that we needed to contact Expedia to get a new one. We didn't think this was quite fair but we tried to contact them and could not connect with them. We had to pay for our room with a different credit...

”hardwood floor was gritty, seemed to be swept rather than vacuumed or mopped. bathroom toilet had a loose seat and the toilet fixture was in an odd position relative to the walls(crooked, not square to the walls). the tub had patches of caulking, and the sink was draining slowly) this particular room had a second door to the interior hallway which was not capable to be locked to the lockset.”

”This was the cutest hotel! Convenient to everything. The room was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were great. When I called the day of my reservation for early check-in they were able to let me. The code entry was easy too! I would recommend this property!”

”Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

”I had an overall good stay and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However, the blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, but I would have liked to see healthier options like fresh fruit or Greek yogurt, as most of the choices were high in sugar. Overall, it worked for what I needed, but I did have to go elsewhere just to grab something as simple as a banana.”

”Great location, free parking although a five minute walk away, bed was wicked comfortable. My room did not have a full length mirror, we were there for a wedding, so that was a little bit disappointing. My daughter’s room had one so we just use that. I stayed for two days but they contacted me one day after I got home saying I needed to pay more money cause I was there for three days when I was only there for two nights. But they corrected it. I would stay there again.”
