In a well-kept and well-established cottage area is this spacious vacation home with indoor pool.



The house is well furnished with a nice living room with large dining area and sitting area with sofas. The living room is open to the kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are furnished with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The spacious loft (accessed by a ladder) has 2 mattresses and low ceilings. It is best suited for older children or teenagers who want to be a little to themselves, but at the same time follow the family life in the house.



There are terraces on several sides of the house, the covered terrace faces west.



It is not far to the beach, where there is a jetty in the summer season. Here there are several green areas that can be used for ball games. The house is located near the forest and the public path leading to the beach. After only 15 minutes by car you can reach the cozy town of Juelsminde, which offers exciting life at the harbor with pleasure boats, a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, cozy stores and a great ice cream parlor. The slightly larger town of Horsens can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Legoland and Givskud Zoo can be reached by car in just 1 hour.
