”The room was great. Nicely decorated. The restaurant/bar was not open during our stay. I wish that had been better communicated. I picked the place because of the breakfast option. It was situated between Llano and Kingsland, so dining options were nearby. ”

”The room was clean and the proprietors were very friendly, kind and helpful but the property is a bit run down. Bathroom recently renovated, though, and the beds were fine. Towels were skimpy. A fine, relatively inexpensive place to sleep for one night.”
