”The only issue was when we arrived. It was just a little after 3 o’clock, and our room was not ready, which was OK, but it was at least an hour later before we were finally able to get in our room due to it not being inspected after they cleaned it for at least 30 minutes or so, but other than that, the room was awesome and the stay in general was awesome”

”The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and Graceland. It is a fairly nice property, but is starting to show its wear. Our room smelled of mildew, and the wall thermostat did not work (we could work the wall heater from the unit itself).
Internet worked pretty well. Breakfast was quite nice.
Highlight of our stay was meeting Ms. Duffie, one of the friendliest, most positive people I've met in a long time. She was wonderful! The hotel is lucky that she chooses to work...
