”Staff were wonderful as we booked the room on the way there while on the road. Rooms were comfortable and had great views of the Arch. The pool and delicious breakfast were so nice and just an added bonus.”

”The room wasn’t clean, the pillows had hair all over, the chair in the room had tape over a holes it had, and the toilet was dirty. The microwave and mini fridge were dirty, had possibly mold or rust on the fridge. It was super noisy the whole time, paper thin walls and door. At 4am there were people talking loudly in the hall and could hear everything they were saying. Was looking forward to the hotel breakfast, but it was cold and the food selection was awful. ”

”We usually stay at drury properties no matter where we go, Fairview heights even though a newer one was probably the worst. The rooms were clean but the pool and hot tub were absolutely disgusting there were hair, skin pieces, bandaids, and the overwhelming smell of urine. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a long time. And the hot tub jets did not work at all it was stagnant people soup. The staff seemed to not care about anything at all.
