Mid Town Convenience

Come enjoy this 3 bedroom plus a bonus room and 2 bathrooms that is right in the middle of all the attractions Hot Springs has to offer. It now sleeps 16! Recently added a beautiful back patio with a privacy fence. It is only 4 blocks and walking distance to Oaklawn Track & Casino, just 2 miles to beautiful downtown, approximately 4 miles to Magic Springs Theme & Water Park, and about 3 miles to Lake Hamilton. You will be just minutes away from all the excitement, dining, and shopping you will want.
For the basics: it has central heat and air, washer & dryer, tv's in each bedroom and living room with free wi-fi.
We have recently added a privacy fence with a nice porch to sip your morning coffee, grab a spot in the newly added hot tub.

Hot tub is down as of 1/1/23

VRBO, you have some explaining to do

i got a call from the property owner a week prior to the day we expected to check in. he informed me he had pulled this house off the VRBO market almost a year ago. so we were stuck, high and dry, with nothing. and also no refund

Not up to standards

The property did serve its purpose but i will find a different place to stay when we return. The host was helpful when i called to ask about checking in early. We really appreciated that. However, i sent them a message via the VRBO app asking if the hot tub was working and never got a response. The neighborhood the house is in is not one i would want my children being in. It should be standard practice to have as many washclothes as you do beds. That was not the case here. There were maybe 3-5 total through out the house, including the kitchen. We had 9 people on our stay. The electrical outlet in the kitchen where the microwave was doesnt work so you had to move it to an inconvenient location in the kitchen. Our stay wasnt bad by anymeans but we were not overly impressed and we will be back to Hot Springs but will just stay somewhere else.

Close to Hot Springs Nat Park stuff

We were happy with how close this was to the National Park stuff, but the neighborhood was pretty sketchy, very run down. The beds are full not queen which was tough for my 6 foot 3 husband. There was 1 king bed also but that was my brother and sister in law room this trip. Refrigerator and freezer weren't working but someone came by pretty quick to flip the breaker. Huge hole in the wall in one of the bathrooms, mold in the other bathroom. Also the hot tub was not working which we knew and didn't want to use it, but the cover is messed up and now infested with bugs. The deck is falling apart. Wouldn't likely stay here again.

Outstanding Girls Weekend Stay

Location is awesome! Furniture is comfortable. Internet and WiFi worked great. AC/ Heat worked great. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Could have used more flatware. We stayed for a week and had to furnish more toilet paper and laundry detergent. The utensils had to be washed before we used them. The reclining sofa did not recline. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Overall our experience was very satisfying.

Great house and great location!

We visited Arkansas as a family getaway, 7 of us total (4 adults and 3 kids). The house is in a good location, not to far away from everything. The beds slept comfortable and it was a pretty quiet neighborhood. The owner was friendly and easy to get in contact with. I did overlook that the house did not have a washer and dryer which was my error, but good to know for next time. It was also a lot of us and we had to purchase a few bath towels because we ran out of what was provided, but again we were a lot of ppl and we stayed for 4 days. Overall great stay and I would recommend staying here.

Amazing!!

We rented this property for my bachelorette weekend getaway. We wanted something close to the main “tourist” area, but also plenty of room to hang around the house, play games, relax. Check in was fairly easy. There was a slight issue (unrelated to the house or location), I texted the owner and not only got an immediate response, but he sent somebody within 10 minutes to help! There were enough beds to comfortably sleep all 7 of us. We chose not to use the top bunk and sleep 2 together, but the beds were spacious enough to allow that. They clearly spent some money on the beds and bedding, because the mattresses were very comfortable and the bedding was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes needed to cook a big breakfast. The table sat all 7 of us for meals and games. The TV’s all worked and had access to our favorite streaming accounts. There was plenty of parking for all 4 of our vehicles, and could easily fit 3-5 more. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked very clean and inviting (It was snowing). Check out was very easy. We didn’t want to leave! There is an apartment building that backs up to the yard, so if you were wanting complete privacy in the back yard, you may not get it. But I will say, it is an extremely quiet area, and we had no complaints! It was a very easy drive to the main tourist block. We come to Hot Springs every few years, and I will definitely be booking this home again!

Enjoyed a holiday week with family

This property is charming and has great amenities. The photos were accurate and the room lay-out is good. Six adults and 3 children with ages ranging from 18 mos to 65 yrs gathered to celebrate Christmas for 7 nights. All enjoyed the hot tub, privacy fencing, and spacious grounds outside. The weather conditions varied widely during our stay, but we were cozy inside. Very convenient location to all highlights in area.

Evacuation Stay

This was a quaint little cottage very close to attractions. Unfortunately, we did not go there for a vacation, we evacuated New Orleans prior to Hurricane Ida's landfall. Our length of stay was uncertain since we could not return home until power was restored, but I have to stay the owners bent over backwards to try and help us and accommodate our uncertainty. I am very grateful to them. perhaps in the future we can return for a more enjoyable visit. Anyway, thanks to the owners for being so helpful.

Nice parking, clean, fit the need

Easy to reserve, find and check-in. Place was clean and fit our needs. Few minor items which I sent to owner for him to address for future stays. Plenty of parking area and it was a quiet stay but was a little concerned about the neighborhood but it turned out ok.
