Newly added cowboy pool and WiFi! This tiny cabin located on 38 private acres has much more to offer than a normal vacation rental. Whether you spend the day oat Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! The cabin features a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea and spices, a crawl in cozy sleeping loft , a large bathroom space and an outdoor paradise. Sip coffee on the patio or make a cocktail and sit by the fire pit. Though it may be little in size, this tiny home has no shortage of amazing amenities that make it a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs.
We are located in a rural area with a private gate entrance to the property so lots of privacy. Owners do live on property to ensure they are available when needed.
The Time Out cabin is a different vacation experience with an adventurous style of lodging. Due to the tiny cabin size, the sleeping loft is a crawl in limited space area. Please make sure this cabin is for you before booking.
Loft: Queen memory foam bed.



INDOOR LIVING: WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player and movies, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Also a fan in the loft, bathroom and living room.

OUTDOOR LIVING: private cowboy pool and hot tub, patio furniture, outdoor dining, pond, fire pit, fenced yard, charcoal grill, cornhole game
KITCHEN: Well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, bowls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sweetner, creamer, silverware, tea kettle, full-sized refrigerator, blender, toaster and spices

The property was tucked away five miles outside of Hot Springs AR. This little cabin back in the woods was private and tranquil. Away from the city lights and noise. The personal hot tub on the deck was perfect. My wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 30 years of marriage.

Tranquility at its finest
Our stay was very peaceful and tranquil! The cabin has several amenities and provisions. We were able to relax in the hot tub, cook or grill, enjoy a movie and play board games. A must stay for anyone looking for isolation not far from hot springs

This tiny house was amazing! Everything is as pictured and better. The property is the perfect getaway, very relaxing. It rained one of the nights we were there and the sound of the rain on the roof was so peaceful and calming.

The cabin was very nice, clean, exactly as it was described. The outside was beautiful; it had great landscaping & little waterfalls. Very relaxing to sit outside & listen to the water flowing. The hot tub was great. It was secluded & quiet; exactly what we wanted. The communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I honeymooned here and it was the perfect getaway for us and so peaceful. We loved the shower. My only complaint is that the stairs leading to the loft are to far apart and slick if you have socks on so be careful.

Husband and I came for my birthday/early anniversary. It was perfect little getaway very quiet and accommodating. Loved the hot tub and even got to see a few deer early in the morning. Not to far from town either. Fully recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Peaceful Getaway
This tiny cabin was perfect for a couple. The owner thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay and very clean. The location was close to Hot Springs yet secluded in the woods. Our first night, we used the grill for steaks while sitting outside listening to the waterfall. After our long days of hiking or canoeing, we relaxed in the jacuzzi. We were torn between wanting to see Hot Springs and enjoying the cabin. Our last morning while sitting outside drinking our coffee, we saw a family of deer walk by. We both agree it was one of the best vacations we ever been on. We left feeling rejuvenated.

Quiet and relaxing
The outdoor area was our favorite. Quiet, private, and relaxing. The sound of the waterfall and frogs could put anyone to sleep. The tiny home was surprisingly spacious with the exception of the bed. It was very comfortable but a little awkward to have to crawl around up there to prevent hitting your head. Would recommend and stay again!

Wonderful Place
My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. We absolutely loved this relaxing, cute place. We loved the security codes that is needed to get in and out of the cabin and the property. The hot tub is amazing! The owners definitely made this a cozy and nice place.
