The hotel was beautiful, very clean, close to all attractions and the staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything I needed. A small suggestion (not a complaint): the reception area has a wonderful fragrance, and it would be amazing if the same scent could be introduced to the corridors and rooms...

”Excellent location. Connected straight to the Mall from 2nd floor. Metro station also next to the building. You can access to metro via mall at just few steps outside. Excellent service. Clean, safe and quiet. Nice pool. Only problem were the unattended loud children by the pool. Life guard should keep watch on those situations and stop children running, screaming and jumping into the pool. ”

”Really good hotel and good views. Good breakfast and lots of varietes especially the fresh juice bar where they make the juice you want (orange, grape, watermelon, pineaple, ginger etc) Rooms are bit old fashioned and mayby bit out of date but really clean and big. It was easy to get and fit two extra beds for the kids in the livingroom. (Executive suite 23 floor) good swimming pool and nice beach”
