”We recently styed in this hotel. It is beside the main street so you can go anywhere very easily. Rooms are very clean, staffs are good. Internet was uninterrupted with good speed. Breakfast was all right but some Indian/Bangladeshi food should be included. I didn't check any laundry facilities there but if they have it, it can be wonderful. GOOD TO STAY. ”

”It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!”

”The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and has large rooms. It is outdated but it's clear they are working on updating the rooms. There is no continental breakfast (which we knew from staying here on another trip) and the staff lets you know of the on-line error. ”

”This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!”

”The cabin was a great get away from the town. Very remote and peaceful cabin. Very clean. Could have used some brighter lighting. It was difficult to play games at the kitchen table after sunset. Thank you!!!”

”This house was perfect for my family to stay in. Our family was having a reunion in Thousand Hills State Park and this was just a short drive away. I SO appreciated that there were a few little toys for my kids to play with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend! ”

”This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time”
