”Not being a dog owner all floors and furniture need a good vacuum and every room need a good dusting snd removal of cobwebs. Bar stools were soiled and need a good clean. Dining table and counter tops we had had to clean. In addition we had a 8 month old baby with us and were relunctant to let her crawl. The front verandah and windows could have had a good clean. So not sure why we are charged cleaning fees??”

”We had a very relaxing stay at Pepper Tree Farm. Amanda has thought of everything with a stocked pantry, games and firewood. We spent the days exploring the bushland and evenings by the fire with meals cooked in the well provisioned kitchen. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked our second visir already.”

”Location is perfect and area is very nice. Room is a bit outdated. Biggest reason for 3-star is the cleaning service. We stayed 7 nights and room was never cleaned properly. Only towels were changed. Some days they didn’t even make the bed.”
