”Everything was clean and orderly. The room was smaller than a hotel room. More like a bedroom. The bed was very soft which for me was very uncomfortable. I had trouble turning on the television. After doing some troubleshooting I called the front desk and got voicemail. It said the pool and hot tub were closed due to construction. It also said they would call me back. ”Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”

”Beautiful spot, if you’re new to camping or have kids/dogs this is the place. The location was secluded and definitely has that up north feel. Great for getting out in nature and close to other things to do outside.”

”This place was beautiful! We will definitely be back!! We stayed in the octagon and had an amazing time. The owners were great to work with. We ran into bad weather on our way up there and communicated that to them and they arranged a way for us to get the key. Will be back!! Def for a longer stay!”

”There were multiple problems with this stay. The door wouldn't open with the access code, and we had to call host several times before we got a person. Waiting in 89 degree weather for 30 minutes to get in. Then the unit has one small air conditioner for a 2 bedrooms and living area. The coolest it got in the living area was 79 degrees, the bedrooms were worse. Multiple concerns for safety: only one exit, windows to small or high to be safe for exits. extension cords to all the TVs, no hand...

”This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...

”Room was nice, overall the host did accommodate an early check in which was appreciated. The back yard over looked a golf course with humming birds everywhere! The room was pretty clean with a few areas that could use more attention. There was still painters tape along the green wall, post it notes over some plug ins, and no garbage bags. There was no fire pit on the balcony like the listing said. After asking about the community amenities the host did send a map to where the community pool was....

”The view of the lake was great! Well stocked cabin, comfortable bed, parking was good, and happy we had AC. The only bummer was the dead fish on the shore and murky lake water, so we didn’t swim like we had hoped to. We did get the kayak out a little. I’m sure the heat this summer had a lot to do with the lake conditions.”
