”hotel was good, the only remark (important) is that swimming pool was not working during Ramadan (they said it was due to Ramadan, although the same week in Oman and Bahrain hotels all swimming pools were open) So the excuse is poor. Have chosen this hotel just because of the pool :-(”

”Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Location of the hotel is OK but not very well accessible. Standard room was really standard with very limited physical space in the room. No drawers to put away your stuff so I literally lived out of my suitcase. Room service, which was advertised to service you 24/7 did not meet the promised standard. The rate was acceptable, actually fairly good, considering hotel rates in Kuwait City. Basic breakfast at a reasonable price.”

”They let me both check in early and keep the room a bit extra after the check out time so excellent customer service from those two already. Room was clean and well-equipped and the location of the hotel is very good right by the grand mosque and also close to the airport bus #13. Breakfast was good and they even asked if I wanted an omelet. All in all very good hotel which I can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone travelling to Kuwait. ”

The hotel is located very centrally so good connections all around, but in the middle of high-traffic corner so walking around is not very comfortable. Very good for business. For leisure the surroundings will require taking a taxi to the nice places.”
