”Our stay was excellent. Such a beautiful property and well kept resort. I would highly recommend!”

”The Jabal Akhdar mountains are incredibly beautiful and Alila is probably the best hotel in the area. Remote location, beautiful setting and great service, food etc. Via Ferrata is a must try. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming, Aisha at the Juniper restaurant made our day more than once!”

”Great hotel, wonderfull staff.”

”Good reception”

Chambre bien entretenue”

”Nice”

”Good service. Very good for business people. Rooms are very nice. ”

”The resort is excellent for family the room was great, staff is very helpful and friendly great gateway for families. Just one point regarding the package offered I booked 3 bedroom apartments with half bored but I got the half bored only for 2 persons where the room selected is for 6 adults.”

”The hotel is far away and a bit difficult to reach in rush hour from the center, but there are not too many options in Nizwa. However, the hotel is clean and comfortable with clean rooms and facilities.”

”Nice to be able to stay in the Jebel Sham area. Staff service was excellent but otherwise stay was mediocre. I stayed in a tent and the lighting was very poor. Could not do much. I asked about lighting and got an answer that it was to create atmosphere. If I wanted to be in a cave it would be good. Found the food mediocre especially the breakfast.”

I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an...
