”Very nice staff, quiet area, atm near by, good food, and a very decent room with a nice seaview. No places for sunbading, very few services around, only cold water at the evenings, very long and too expensive taxi trip to the center, the beach and neigbourhood were messy. ”The Jabal Akhdar mountains are incredibly beautiful and Alila is probably the best hotel in the area. Remote location, beautiful setting and great service, food etc. Via Ferrata is a must try. The whole staff is very warm and welcoming, Aisha at the Juniper restaurant made our day more than once!”

Porters were taking other peoples cars luggage and leaving behind people like myself behind even though it was Eid holidays and it was busy no excuse to miss people who have been waiting patiently or pick and choose..
Complimentary drink glasses should be refreshed sooner than waiting like 20 min
Breakfast needs improvement omelette station and Que outside in the heat not a good idea especially where the Que is within stairs quite dangerous for elderly and...

”We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. ”

”Check in was comfortable and ease. Greeted with welcome drinks and hot towel. Was provided assistance with the golf cart to our rooms for our luggage. The chalet room was fantastic and spotless. Breakfast and dinner was excellent with various options. Only downside was despite the slightly steep dinner fee, drinks are not included which was a little disappointing.
All in all, great place and I recommend it.”
