”Hotel very close to pyramids. Room don’t have a window, You cannot stay at rooftop at evenings if You don’t have a reservation for dinner!! Otherwise view is amazing. Breakfast is big and good!”

The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times? Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

Second because of lovely staff who took very good care of us and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. ”The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$2 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly Yossif, the receptionist! What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo...

”The room was very clean and staff was outstanding. I had a beautiful room that had the view of the pyramids. I felt very safe as the hotel was across the street of the police station but what really stood out is how protective the staff was of being a solo female traveler. The staff was very accommodating with every request I had. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. ”
