”Room was quite small, with no view. Staff always excellent.”

”The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10.”

”The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!”

”Hyvät altaat ja ihana poreallas. Hyvä ruoka ja hotellin sijainti. ”

”The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was great. But I am only leaving 3 starts because they charge extra for the sauna. This is a problem as some people like to use saunas daily, not as a luxury. The pool use is included. Also, the hotel did not seem to work on common sense. They have weird rules and inconsistent communication. The receptionist told me that I dont need to bring a towel for the spa. I went to the spa and paid 250 dirhams for it. Then when I tried to leave, I got told...

”Everything was wonderful ”

”This hotel is outstanding in every way - pure relaxation - we felt taken care of by each member of staff, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Rooms are large and our view of the grounds and mountains was breathtaking. Beautiful walks under the olive trees, grounds so well maintained. The pool is fabulous and we cant wait to return to this gorgeous hotel.”

”Viihtyisä ja siisti! Ihana aamiainen! Ystävällinen henkilökunta!”

”A peaceful hotel for a relaxed holiday. The room was spacious and very well cleaned every day. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious, both at the buffet and in the à la carte restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly throughout the hotel. The free shuttle to the city center is a great bonus.”

”Kaunis, upea, siisti riad hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta oli superavulias. Kaikki sujui paremmin kuin hyvin. Aamiainen katolla oli hyvä, wifi toimi moitteettomasti. Saimme apua ongelmiimme. Ehdottomasti suosittelemisen arvoinen majoitus.”

”Stunning Riad! Much eye-candy with the architecture and interior decor. Comfy room and beds. Staff can’t do enough for you. All our queries and needs where met with smiles. Super.”

”Hyvä sijainti lähellä keskustoria ja soukeja. Tyylikkäästi remontoitu aitoon markkokkalaiseen "riad" -tyyliin. Hyvä ravintola - kaävelymatkan päässä löytyy muitakin. Pienen "hotellin" ystävällinen henkilökohtainen palvelu.”

”Fantastic experience”

Huoneen lattia kypruinen. Ei ole millään tavalla 4 tähden arvoinen hotelli. ”
