”I had the unfortunate situation when my Land Cruiser broke down in the challenging roads in Madagascar. I called Expedia but they were not much help. Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm....

”There is something very special about this place and the people working there. Our room was large, modern, surrounded by amazingly well-maintained flower gardens and grounds. Mark and the staff are incredibly accommodating and luckily for us spoke English.
