”Large, spacious, historical, beautiful home! We had plenty of space for 14 people, 13 adults and one child. The property is nicely appointed with everything you could want or need for cooking, family fun, awesome fire-pit and grounds. ”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Double Shot on Main. The place was very clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to town. We only stayed a few days but due to its central location, we were able to visit Versailles for the rail bike ride, Lexington & Louisville. We would definitely stay here again.”

”It was a wonderful 3 day “get away “ for a long time friend and I. Totally enjoyed our time there. A couple of suggestions. Put a light over the mirror in the bathroom and a grab bar around the bathtub. We needed bedding for the pull out couch bed and some kitchen trash bags for the trash can in the kitchen. We also needed automatic dishwasher pods. Otherwise we will be back to enjoy the beautiful cabin. ”

”We stayed for an extended weekend and loved it. The cabin looks small on the outside, but is so roomy and cute on the inside. The back porch is the best to drink coffee and enjoy the wildlife in the morning. A 60 second walk takes you directly to the lake and a fishing dock. ”Unbelievable property! Very friendly, quiet and about as close to a dream you could live out . Animals on the property, lighting bugs everywhere, even with a thunderstorm it was likeliving in a book . Wish we booked it for longer . Kids loved the barn cats and the goats . Caboose was done extremely well, very cozy and clean ! We are going back ! ”
