”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Property was just overall dirty, sheets were yellow and so was the comforter. Faucet leaked all over the bathroom and there was black mold all in the shower. The shower door didn’t fully close which caused the bathroom to get very wet.”

”The staff was great.The interior of the property was clean.The breakfast was very good. The exterior and surrounding area was very rough. Lots of beggers hanging around the front entrance. Didn't feel safe using local light rail or going outside. Price too high.”

”The hotel is really old. It feels darker than it should be because of the colors, poor lighting, old elevators. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room was better, but the smell in the hallways and rooms was old and musty. Not much fresh or circulated air.”
