”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

The exceptional driver, Francisco, set the tone with his professionalism and warm energy. And let me tell you — Nas, the bartender, was just as amazing! The service, the vibe, the hospitality… everything was on point. When traveling back, this will definitely be my home away from home. Highly recommend! 🙌✨”
