”My room was very cold. The heat did not work. I reported this to the front desk and. They said maintenance will take a look and no one came. Also a breakfast buffet was advertised but all that was offered is a pastry cafe. Room was neat but there was a big hole in the carpet and in the shower wall. Wonderful front desk staff. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. ”
