”We stayed at this hotel twice. We had 2 different rooms. The experience was completely different depending on the room. Our first room was an older room facing the train tracks. It was fun to see the train coming in and hear the music. Unfortunately we were there during the demonstrations so we never actually got to get on the train. ”The Property is secluded but in the mountains and makes it feel like you are away from the city. The property is well maintained. The Staff is super friendly specially their Manager Suzan. She went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. She helped us with the area attractions, restaurants and shopping. She was very sweet. The restaurants at the hotel has great food also. It was a pleasant surprise that they had little ice parlour too. Overall amazing stay. Would definitely recommend. ”

”What an amazing experience. The room was clean, great shower with hot water and comfy bed. The food was incredible. The views were amazing. The hosts were so communicative. Picked us up and had dinner waiting on arrival. They thoughtfully put the heater on in our room so was super cosy. They even had hair straighteners. This place is truly a haven. ”

”Clean room, good wifi, no views from the room but great view from the roof top. Breakfast was so so. Helpful staff members. Had a very good night sleep after Machu Picchu. A bit far from the train station but very close to the main square to take the bus back to Cusco. Would recommend it. ”

”Everything was great. Our flight got cancelled and we arrived one day after. They did not charged us the first night. Train station 5 min down. Main attraction 15 min up hill. The place has a big garden with a lot of flowers, everyone was very nice! ”
