”Has potential but falls very flat with poor cleanliness and shockingly terrible service. We wanted to love this place, but our experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When we first arrived, there were at least 20 dark hairs all over the bed sheets. When we alerted the front desk, their "solution" was to bring us a lint roller instead of changing the sheets. ”The location of the hotel is very good for exploring the Tain L'Hermitage region just across the bridge on the other side of the Rhone. From here you can walk around the hill of Hermitage and visit the wineries. The hotel is in a grand building, stylistically refurbished and has a fantastic view from the outdoor swimming pool. The staff are young, enthusiastic and professional and the host was excellent in making suggestions for local restaurants and wine shops. I would recommend this hotel.”

”Our only regret is not staying longer. Nested in the vineyard, the home is a perfect, comfortable landing place to explore the region. We enjoyed being among the vines and fully relaxing in this little paradise. I would caution anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs that separate the toilet from the sleeping area, but it was not an issue for us. From the communication to the recommendations to the accommodation- just wonderful. Cannot recommend enough!”
