”This hotel has the wow factor. The room was huge and looked amazing. Important things first, the bed was very large and very comfortable. We slept very well. The shower was lovely too- took a while to heat up, but that is the only negative. The people who worked at the hotel were lovely too... they were very helpful and friendly. The only real negative is the air conditioning was noisy, but as we were there in November we opened the windows in the evening and let the cool air in, and the room...

”Although I called 48 hours beforehand to let them know when I was arriving, I never heard back. When I arrived, I couldn't contact the agency because the address given was incorrect. (The person responsible said he had lost his mobile for 6 hours.) It took 3 hours to contact him. A very nice lady who saw I was in need of help took me to her home and called him. However, she even took me to the correct address which he gave her. After that, the stay was nice other than the upstairs neighbors...
