The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86). ”Lovely old house & gardens, undergoing a full renovation by the enthusiastic owners. We really liked it - if you like a bit quirky, you will like it too. There was also a very impressive & thought provoking WW1 memorial just a few miles away, that was well worth spending time in.”

”This is a lovely hotel. The inside is welcoming and staff very friendly. We only stayed one night and used it as a stop over. We walked into Albert for our evening meal. Breakfast is great, lots of it and fresh tea leaves! Great find for an evening stop over and lots of things to see in surrounding area ”
