”The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . ”Hotels.com reservation did not work. I had the reservation number - they would not accept it and did not contact hotels.com right away. I had to get a screenshot from reservation after 45 minutes of struggle with mobiles and wifis. And after this they deny that we had breakfast included. Because there is no evidence of that... They did not even say sorry. Kindness level was worse than any hotel I've ever been in Finland.”
